Our aim is to offer you the ideal hotel conference centre facilities and support so your event goes without a hitch. Our St Piran Suite, with its free WiFi and dedicated bar and facilities, offers you the ideal business venue for meetings, seminars, interviews, exhibitions and training sessions.

Our Events Manager will meet your clients to ensure everything is to their satisfaction, from layouts and equipment to refreshments and room-servicing.

In order to ensure the smooth running of your meeting, please discuss any details and requirements before arrival so that meal-times, special requests, equipment and other items can be organised.

Delegate Rates

Our day delegate and 24 hour delegate rates include room hire, and all facilities as described below.

Day delegate rate £26.00 per delegate

• On arrival, coffee and tea with biscuits
• Mid morning coffee and tea with biscuits
• Two course conference buffet style lunch using local produce selected by our Head Chef
• Mid afternoon coffee and tea with biscuits

The use of our pool and sauna at a supplement of £4.00 per delegate (must be pre-booked when confirming number of delegates)

Day delegate rates include:

Room hire, free Wi-Fi internet, LCD projector & screen, DVD player, flip chart, conference support box, bottled Cornish water, cordials, mints,

24hour delegate rate £95.00 per delegate

To include the day delegate package, plus overnight accommodation in an en-suite bedroom, three course dinner in the Bay Restaurant and Grill and full English breakfast.
